Under 18s Girls
Caithness RFC Girls Teams offer girls aged 10 to 18 the unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and empowering community while developing skills that extend far beyond the game itself.
Rugby is a sport that champions teamwork, respect, and resilience. Values that resonate with girls looking to build confidence and a sense of belonging.
Our Caithness RFC Girls are encouraged to grow not just as athletes, but as leaders who support one another on and off the field.
We foster a positive, inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.
By joining us, girls have the chance to challenge themselves in a sport that promotes physical fitness, mental toughness, and strong communication skills.
Rugby teaches valuable life lessons such as discipline, determination, and how to handle adversity. The game itself requires players to work together, adapt to different situations, and remain focused under pressure—skills that are useful both in sports and in life.
Through the supportive and close-knit atmosphere at Caithness RFC Girls Teams, young girls can form lasting friendships, learn the importance of respect for others, and gain a sense of achievement as they see their progress over time.
We are not just about playing rugby, but about growing into confident, well-rounded individuals who can thrive in any environment.
Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, stay active, or simply have fun, at Caithness RFC Girls Teams offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, compete, and make lifelong memories.
