Rugby Development Officer with CRFC

Caithness RFC is a vibrant and inclusive community rugby club seeking an ambitious and proactive Rugby Development Officer to lead and deliver sustainable rugby development initiatives. The role will focus on growing youth rugby for boys and girls across the club, local schools, and community programmes, working in partnership with the Scottish Rugby Union to support participation, skill development, and opportunities for young people to build teamwork and leadership skills. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, flexible), with a salary of £24,000–£27,000 per annum depending on experience. Full details can be found in the job description below.
