Minis and Micros
The minis and micros of Caithness Rugby Club is where the youngest members of our rugby family begin their journey. Designed for children aged P1 to P7, this is a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where kids can learn the basics of rugby, make new friends, and develop important skills both on and off the pitch.
Our minis and micros focus on introducing rugby in a way that’s enjoyable and age-appropriate, helping children build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. Sessions are all about having fun while learning the fundamental skills of rugby, from passing and tackling to running and spatial awareness.
